Very friendly staff, great place to take your pets. Dr. Bob has great patience with my hard to handle Blue Heeler.

They will cancel on you last minute, customer service is none existent, we were given a one day headsup and they made it like it was our fault with zero solution. I guess the reason was they are going on holiday, somehow they forgot they were gone the week surgery was needed? Sounds like they don't know what they are doing and confused. Zero professionalism, and they will extort you $$$, they won't tell you the prices then will add fees or vaccines you somehow need but didn't tell you? go to denver, definitely worth it this place is a scam, awful people don't deserve $$ Edited: That answer bellow shows me all the proof of what type of clinic this is, bless your heart. As you guys can see we weren't even A CLIENT OF THEIRS so I guess that's how they treat people who aren't theirs clients... Good on you, going to be hard to get new clients like that... Dr.BoB we live in Delta so not 300miles but good to know they gave you wrong info again, you guys seem very unorganized plus you guys are $$$ just own it, you guys rip people off that's what America is about!!
